Zerker’s Diverticulum
Dear Friends am presenting a case for ur kind evaluation and suggestions. A male patient of 56 yrs age came with the complaints of regurgitation of food / vomiting immediately when he lies down especially after dinner. Other symptoms include gas, acidity, lethargy, weakness. He is fit and fine during day time. Takes only fruits in lunch. After vomiting he gets sleep otherwise restless.
Hypertensive since three years on allopathic medicines- in control.
Non-Diabetic
On Allopathic Anta-Acids.
His vitals are:
Nadi: Vatta pita
Bowels: Regular
Appetite: N
Jihwa: Amayukt (Coated)
Mutra: N.....
