SUNDAY BONANZA.....

रविवार के लिए ये अलग केस मै यहाँ प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूँ....बड़ी दुविधा में हूँ मै. कृपया हो सके तो मेरी मदद करे....

15 दिन पहिले मै नाशिक से मुंबई (डोम्बिवली ) जा रहा था. डोम्बिवली यहासे , नाशिकसे 120 कि.मी. है....
मै सुबह 6 .30 बजे नाशिक से डोम्बिवली के लिए रवाना हुआ. तब आसमान एकदम साफ़ था, आसमान सुहावने निले रंग से खिल रहा था, नाना पंछी आसमान में उड़ रहे थे. मेरे कार में चल रहे नए पिक्चर के गानों का मै मजेसे आनंद ले रहा था और 110 कि.मी. कि रफ़्तार से गाडी चलाने का आनंद ले रहा था.. और इस तरह मै डेढ़ घंटे में डोम्बिवली में पहुँच गया......

your reply to my mail under heading message has made me sentimental and my affectionate friendly bond with my father forces me to share a bit of moments that i shared with him while he was on his death bed. 
When his BP was falling and basal crepts were heard i called my friend Dr. Surinder a prominent surgeon ,running nursing home here and we decided to shift him to Hospital. while on way to hospital my father said to me sunny please take out purse from my pocket and keep it with you, i refused to do so, he took out his purse and kept it in my shirts pocket. i remained silent, then when we entered hospital and he was on stretcher he said to me , now i am here and your mom is at home in life we will never meet again please feel sorry for this lapse of mine, i said papa don't worry you will be fine, then he called my wife and asked her to hold his hand and on doing so he said alka take care of kids, then he called me and said sunny i have bothered you a lot and you had to serve me i am sorry of it please excuse me, i was broken down with all this scene, then he called my neighbour and a very good well wisher held his hand and said beta my son is all alone at certain times in life he may feel lonely please be with him and never let him feel lonely, then he called me and said i want to sit make me sit i refused saying Dr. has advised to keep head low, murmured as you wish, then he said I am breathing my last you should chant some mantra, i said papa donot worry we will sit together and pray at home, he said who is going home now and started speaking loudly Om Om and i just saw his lips whisper om and he was no more......

दो सवाल 

मेरे दो सवाल है.....

१) ६ महीने तक के उम्र के बहोत सारे छोटे बच्चू में कई बार " आनाह" देखने को मिलता है. मुहबोली में हम उसे gases हो रहे है ऐसा कहते है. आधुनिक तज्ञ कहते है की ये normal है . ६ महीने बाद अपने आप कम हो जाएगा...क्या ये सही है? और फिर ये भी प्रश्न है की वो gases तैयार ही क्यों होते है? 

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार स्तन्य दुष्टि की चिकित्सा करने से वो कम होते ही है.....और बाद में ६ महीने बाद अगर चिकित्सा न की गई हो तो ऊपर का खाना चालु होता है और स्तन्य सेवन जो की आनाह का हेतु है वो कम कम होता जाता है.......

२) दन्त के आने के समय कई सारी तकलीफे बच्चू को होती है..वाग्भटाचार्य भी कहते है की उस समय बच्चू को कोई भी तकलीफ हो सकती है.

आधुनिक के मत अनुसार दन्त आते समय बच्चू मुह में कुछ ना कुछ चबाने के लिए डालते रहते है. इसकी वजह से infection होता है और बच्चू को अतिसार, ज्वर इ. तकलीफे होती है......

DREAM ANALYSIS

i am going to deviate a bit from our usual practice of posting a case study .....here i am seeking expert opinion of many a gems like dr rao,dr surinder ji dr joshi and alike....the previous night i saw this horrifying dream which could be described as unique in itself..i have never heard something like that before.....coming to the topic ..i saw my own cremation in the dream sequence that night..i visualised ppl preparing to cremate my body and to my surprise i heard a divine voice saying :your time is over in this universe and so you are to leave it"...i could see my embalmed body a bit swollen and wax like material was covering it all..i tried to move my limbs but was unable to do that....i woke up and after drinking some water and freshening i went to sleep again ..surprisingly it started from where i left .....if anybody is learned enough amongst our vaidyagan ..i would like to get enlightened regarding its significance...

TREATMENT OF POST SURGICAL TRAUMATIC BRACHIAL NERVE INJURY

12 years ago, this gentleman aged 24 years came to my consulting room with a complaint of weakness of Rt.Upper Limb. He had supported his R.U.L, with a brace supporting his affected elbow. On enquiring I came to know that he met with an R.T.A (Road Traffic Accident) 11 months back and had a complete Rupture of Brachial nerve. He was subjected immediately to Reconstructive Surgery of Brachial nerve and counseled that he would regain the lost motor and sensory functions with in the next 5 to months, with due medications and physiotherapy.But, that didn't happen in his case and the person was much worried about his future, since he had not even gained his sensory functions of the R.U.L.....

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TABLETS??

hello 
i just want to share one incident .
due to some reasons my younger son 2.5yrs , waz with me today in my clinic for sometime.
to keep him busy and let me see my patients , i mixed tablets tribhuvan kirti and dhtryadi yog in a bowl and told him to seperate differnt colour tablets in seperate bowl
(i waz sure that he ll not eat anyone of it ...so i did it)
what i observed is within time of 5 mins the dhatryadi yog tablets started getting blakish spots on them as if they were absoring some moist or oil. tribhuvan kirti didn't show any change.
the bowl waz very much dry and non oily. the weather is also pretty dry today......

Respected Panel members, Greetings, yesterday while playing with my 19 months old daughter I lifted her then suddenly their was some sound from my kati region and I was forced to be in that half bend position for couple of minutes, then I thought might be muscle strain and went to clinic and asked one of my staff in evening to do massage and nadi swedan, got bit relief with it but by the time when I reached back to home it was worst and couldn’t sit, stand or do any movement. Some how I passed the night. Next day (today) morning my wife she did excellent local massage with mustard oil [sarso tel] and then she did swedan with towel dipped in hot water and got sudden relief with more then 50%, at that time she told me that “jo ulta paida hote hae unki laat se dabwane se aaram aaega”, its general belief in people that having pressure massage with those who are born with legs first position relives sprains. .....

CLINICAL SUCCESS STORY- OVARIAN CYST

Dear Vaidya's and Dr's, I am sharing my experience in successfull treating OVARIAN CYST (श्रोतासवारोध) as :

A female aged 21 yrs came 3 months back with complaints of scanty and irregular periods & white discharge along with generalised body pain. 

Her initial USG report as on 07/03/10 shows 3.6 x 2.1 cm (very big??) left ovarian cyst.

I have started with:

1): अविपतिकर + शातावार्यादी + पुष्यानुग + रजप्रवर्तक + मूलक क्षार : 2 tsp BD A/F with luke warm water.

2): वरुनादी लोहा + चन्द्रप्रभावटी + रजप्रवर्तनी वटी : १ each BD B/F with luke warm water......

KYA JYOTISHI SAB KUCH JAANTA HAI?

Today is Sunday…No subject..Only real stories..Nerve chilling incidents..This is not at all a case study first…but this is the most intriguing topics (astrology) of all time…I used to fascinate about this subject because I have seen some jyotishi’s who were always bang on target…no science can sustain…in this world …without having anything good in it…before going to discussion I want to give you one example …I think you all should know and …think accordingly..
This incident happened in 1978 (I think in late seventies) in Madikonda, Warangal dist AP...My classmate Dr Madikonda Praveen Kumar (Brilliant student...He stood college first in UG and first in PG entrance exam at BHU in 1995…done PG in kaya chikitsa(under prof. R.H.Singh) now practicing panchakarma in hyd, actually I was the average student in my class and still maintaining the standards). We were batch mates for almost 9 years (UG+PG)...His father was retired as a prof (kaya chikitsa) from Warangal Ay College...His grandfather was a famous Baidya and at the same time master in astrology...People used to say, his predictions were of 99% accuracy most of the time.
One day one very rich businessman from Warangal came to him for indigestion. As usual the Baidji examined him and casually observed his right palm…He said “You will get relief after taking my medicines for indigestion but never travel outside Warangal up to 1 week…after one week you can go” .....

Case - a gentle man aged 68 years 2 months ago presented with two ulcers in the ventral aspect of the right lower foot. first one measuring 1" x 1 '' nearly 3 inches away from the ankle joint and the second one measuring 3/4 x 3/4 '' over the crease of the ankle joint. the depth of the ulcer was roughly 2 cms with a slopy edge. granulation tissues were not present and the ulcer exhibited purulent and sanguineous discharge. the intensity of pain was severe due to oedema surrounding the ankle and lower aspect of pre-tibial. the nature of pain was pricking and burning.itching too was complained of.

PETECHIA A COMPLICATION OF DENGUE FEVER

A male aged 45 years diagnosed to suffer from Dengue fever under the care of Allopathic medication (Penicillin inj.) met me after seven days of manifestation of dengue, with a c/o petechiae (tiny pinpoint blood red spots under the surface of the skin) and ecchymoses (purplish blotches of bleeding under the skin).
which occurred on the 3rd day after the onset of fever.He also complained of generalised pruritis associated with the above rashes. 
Considering the haemorrhagic nature of Dengue, I consuidered the above clinical symptom to be equivalent to that of तिर्यक गत रक्त पित्त, advice him the following Rx.
1) प्रवाल भस्म capsule .....

RX OF INDRALUPTA- FROM MY POINT OF VIEW.

 am hereby documenting the effect of the medicine given by me for many a cases of इन्द्रलुप्ता (Taenia capitis).

The result obtained varied from one person to another ( 1 month at the least to 3 months to the foremost).

The method was in the following systematic manner.

1) Initially लेखानार्थम - I used to advice the clients to soak the area affected with the lesion with water and then rub gently the स्फटिका in that region. After 2 minutes wash the area and swipe the water contents and proceed further with the next step.

2) Secondly I insist them to squeeze the जपा कुसुम , make it into a कल्क and rub gently in the area of इन्द्रलुप्ता | 5 Minutes later wash and dry the area to get ready for thaila application.

3) Finally I advice them to apply मालत्यादी तैलं, in centripetal direction with mild pressure. As a word of caution, I would suggest them not to panic if they observe further loss of hairs from the edges of the patchy area of baldness, which was present already.(That usually happens due to the pressure applied in that area and due to the direction of application specified)......

HEART ENLARGEMENT

Respected seniors,
i hv a patient of 70 yrs vth heart enlargement.
He has got catching respiration,difficulty in climbing stairs and his B.P. remains on d higher side oftenly.
