CONFUSION ABOUT DIAGNOSIS

Hi ,thanks to all vaidyas for replies ,now i am presenting my one confusion about diagnosis 50 years old man complains of sudden onset of headache,blurred vision and tenderness and severe throbbing pain over his left temple region ,he also has experienced flue like symptoms and joint stiffness over the last week ,he previously had been in good health ,the physical examination reveals tenderness and in-duration of the left temporal region E.S.R is slight increased.....
