Hello, An Europian female aged 40 years,I am presenting her full history here. Please give your valuable opinions to get rid off her problems.AT the age of 9 years,because of nephritis, she was put on heavy steroids & was given heavy dosage of methyl prednisolone for 5-6 years. Then she was diagnosed wwith CUSHING syndrome. Her female characters began to loose & male characters took over. After puberty, her body grew rapidly. Height about 6 feet, tallest in her family by some margin. But she had normal mensturation.But she started feeling a guilt in herself that she is not a woman. SO she was not able to have intercourse with anyone or not enjoying it.She started having depression, but all this way her menses are OK. & now at the age of 40 she wants to get married & have children.SO what exactly should be done to cure her hormonal condtion.Please advice accordingly.....

Especially this problem was noted in people after age of 50, but now-a-days it is seen 10 years earlier of age. It starts anytime after 35-40 of age. Especially people related to IT field, computer related jobs face these types of problems more prominently. I’ve come across many well to do patients with this syndrome.
