DISC BULGES WITH ARTHRITIS

one of my patient[40yrs female]suffering from sever low back ache with dragging pain in left leg and pain in all small joints. plz advice treatment.her MRI shows disc bulges from L2-S1 and ESR showing 40/1sthr,60/2nd hr.RA,CRP are negetive.....
