The modalities which I want to discuss here are very much described in our samhitas (most of them)..But we are least concerned or never bothered about them…If all of us can use it in our clinical practice…we can make wonders…The panch karma I wanted to discuss here is...Totally comprised of without any medicines (you can practice it…I ‘am in a tadpole stage in this modality now)
For example any patient comes to us with the complaints of acidity…we simply give medications…we never bother about the reasons..Or doing something else which is already written in our books…My first ARPK (aushdha rahita panch karma) is.....
