a female pt aged 62 yrs slightly overweight with RA+ve (,s. uric acid -wnl,hb 11.5 gm%)since last 6-7 months having b/l arthritis...difficulty in walking and senstive/intolerance to cool air with swelling over knees ..complait since many yrs treated with allopathy as well as ayurvedic medicines....i gave her maha yograj gugul+singhnad gugul+chitrak vati+arogyavardhini vati+saindhavaadi tail... but with some relief in three months...she had been under tremendous stress also .....please advise... ...
