A male aged 70 years. vegetarian and tea tottler contacted herpes on right side of fore head in jan. Had allopathic treatment eys remained complication free. In first stage nagin or herpes is generally pitt pradhan and needs gulawel satw and chandrakala. In post herpes stage vat dosha is also vitiated so need to add dashamula and mahavat vidhwans ras to it.
