2 years back,i had a patient complaining teeth ache,sensation of heat/cold and with movement in premolar teeth. at that time DENTIST ADVISE HIM FOR EXTRACTION. but patient was young(30y/m),and not willing for extraction. he came to me if ayurveda can help him. i advised him a self made dantmanjan and within somedays he was o.k
now after 2 years he came again for same teeth to me, now there is no pain no sensation of hot/cold, problem is only movement. he is not ready for extraction yet. i asked him for O.P.G(oral panto gram)and refer to a dentist who advise him R.C.T. (root canal therapy)followed by bone grafting.(appox.cost for both procedures is rs.10.000). he again met me to give same old dantmanjan. but dentist says if he doesnot underdone said grafting then he will lose his teeth in next 6 months or so. .....
