SENILE WEAKNESS

a male patient of 64 yrs old having complaint of loss of balance during walking, tremours, slow action in daily activities, confusion. investigation- hb%- 11.9gm, bp- 100/70 mm of hg, ct scan - nad, urine exan- alb, sug, micro- nad, bsl r - 96 mm/dl,TSH, T3, T4- NAD treatment given to patient- snehan- bala taila, shirodhara with tila taila daily ,syp- manoll 2tsf bd, amalki rasayan, maharshi amrut kalash 1 tsf bd, pranayam,all tretment given patient for 1 1/2 months still not relief to patient, advice any suggestion regaurding treatment.......
