35yrs /female , having severe pain over L4-L5-S1 levels since 2-3 days. pain radites to left of the buttock with on and off pricking and burning.
MRI shows the disc protrusion at these levels.
K/c/o- DM on medication since 4yrs, non HTN.
Issues-2 , no previous H/O LSCS.
patient has taken ksheera basti-kala basti for the same complaints previous year and got relieved for pain. but since 1week because of work she started with above complaints and since 2-3 days pain is not subsiding and pt. is maintaining now only one position , unable to get up and feels tough to go for toilet. ........
