A fortnight back, I received a call from one of my client present near by my residence. She was in a panic mood, while conversing and asked whether I could come & see her two children of the age group of 13 & 15 years at her residence. I obliged and went, to find those two children, presenting with a centrifugally; wide spread; synchronous; vesicular and pustular lesions covering the face,trunks,both extremities and palms.
