I need your valuable guidance in this case.
A male patient aged 50 years complains of sensation of some thing travelling in the head during night time around 2 'o'clock in the midnight daily.
He had a history of TB 15 years back and got treated for the same.
Not a known case of HTN and DM.
2 weeks back he had same sensation in the chest region instead of in the head and got treated by some injections and tablets.after that the symptoms were not there for 4 days only ,then he got this sensation again in the head instead of chest.
what is the likely diagnosis?.......
