55 yr male pt c/o severe pain in lumber region, radiated to both lower limb. with tingling sensation.
inability to walk for 1/2 hr after lying down abed. this is chronic problem but more severe at that time.xray show - dimished lumber L3-L4-L5 space, spur formation, degenerative changes.
what is the anubhut (practical)t/t for lumber spondylosis.
