a 57 year old female pt with no h/o diabetes and HT previously, suddenly (before 7 days)presented with severe pain in rt forearm, sweating, palpitation. gradualy loss of sensory and motor activity of rt forearm. after investigation diagnosed as hypertensive with DM , hyperlipidemic. in doppler study there is blockage in left middle cerebral artery up to 73%. please give ur valuable suggestions for further management.....
