Dear Doctors, i had chances to treat some cases of varicose vein fairly. but this case went differently.
A 34 yrs old stout gentleman, came with presenting complaints of leg pain from foot to the calf,bilateraly, left>Right. dilated veins on standing for 30 mins..
i started the treatment with 1.Siravyadhanam- with 18G scalp vein set. drained 200 ml as 3 sittings in alternative legs.
2.Udwartanam and njavarakizhi (Shastika pinda swedam) done in between for 15 days.
Int.Medications:
1.Chiruwilwadi kashayam + Mahatiktakam Kashayam. later changed to guloochyadi + guggulutikakam.
2. Sahacharadi 21avarthy- !0 drops with kashayam
3. guggulu panchapala choornam- 1 tspn with honey , Bd
4.T.Kaishore 1-0-1
5. Yashada Bhasma
6. Lashunadi vati 2-0-2
Crepe bandage done all these days.......
