patient 42/m came with
burning sensation in heart
extending upto stomoch
udgar especially at eve. (empty stomoch)
pain extendig upto back
some times headech
patient has given h/o MI 3 yrs back no previous h/o acidity no addiction
now receiving atenolol 5mg and aspirin 150 mg
patient strictly following diet for example no oily spicy amla katuras etc.
shankh bhasma + sutshekhar followed by somyau virechan releaved all above symtoms.but this treatment gave him temporary relief. with relief from some of the symtoms ,again burning and belching is there.
my question is whether this acidity is because of long term aspirin?
all patient recieving aspirin come with lots of side effect such as subcutaneous haemorhhage, burning heart etc. plz tell if any related observation is there ... and what to do with this essential drug?
