hello friends,plz suggest me,
pt age-4 yr,c/o-dry cough since 4 month
history-before 4 month pt was suffered with cold,cough,fever and he was treated by child specialist,after 8-10 days fever,cold was o.k,but still he is suffering from dry cough,especially in the morning,before 1 month he went hb,tlc.dlc,esr,x-ray,mantuse,sputum for afb,all test were normal,wt,appetite was normal,after then he is on inhalor countinue till date,salbutamol syp & montair lc tab was stopped,but he is still suffering from dry cough.plz suggest good remedies....
