INFERTILITY

Hi drs i want to discus 1 case.1lady pt suffering from tubal block one near fimbriae of falopian tube,and 2nd at isthmus part of it.pt has dignosed for tb in childhood abt 1yr age.for that she taken treatment.so may i know what medications i should give for her and about uttarbasti with which kashaya and taila.now i am started mahayograj guggul 2 tab apankale with draksha jala.plz give ur opinions.
