Indralupta with incontinence of urine
Date - 3rd June 2011
Male pt of 43 yrs
C/o – Small pustules over scalp and extremities with itching
Loss of scalp hair after rupture of pustules. Since 6-7 years
Incontinence of urine followed by fever since 5-6 years
h/o having curd & banana on the day of Fast, rest diet is very simple veg.
No other major illness or family history.
No addiction
Mild constipation so uses Haritaki pd since last 18-20 months.
Treatment history – Had taken multiple modern and Ayurvedic Medicines for both the complaints but no significant relief.
