female age 61 yr, c/o sever backpain sinse 2-3 weeks, catching type of pain in muscle of back below shoulder. pt wt is 72 kgs, ht is 5'4". pt is obese, and fatty, i m trying with abhyanga with kottamchukadi and murivenna and pps. pain increasing in night time.
