Itz really a hot case, now undergoing I.P treatment in my hospital, A 43yrs old female patient,
Presenting complaints : pain at Lt. Shoulder, Lt hand, lt. flanks, Lt.Lower limb, Almost pain on Lt. side of the body, Tenderness in all parts of Lt side. Pain at all times even at rest., puffiness all over the body.Morning stiffness. Unable to walk properly due to pain Since 1 yr.
Bowel- constipated
Appetite- Very low, Mandagni.....
