have you treated any fistula in ano (multiple) patients suffering from active tuberculosis.though it is contra indicated to perform kshar sutra in such types of patients.
iam using copper wire technique for the same, instead of kshar sutra as it irritates more. i found good results. i just twist the wire every week and care (cut the extra wire)should be taken as ends of the wire can cause injury.so try to bend its ends inwardly.thank you....
