this was a topic that was put to me by my teacher.he asked me once what dosha do you think ,will aggravate on exposure to a.c for a longer time, i told him because of sheetha definitly there will be increase in vatha.he told that it is ok, but because of abhyanthara sheetha internally body tries to maintain the temperature and hence there will be pitha prakopa internaly.thats why we get a lot of amla pitha case with people who are exposed to a.c.it was a good observation.similairlyi would love to know what all diseases /pathology that you observed clinically due to exposure of a.c......
