A 25 year old female, ht.5ft4inch, wt 68 kgs, having almost of the symptoms of hypothyroidism but TFT normal. She has raised level of anti thyroid antibodies. having weight gain, pain in major joints, anxiety, dryness of skin, excessive sleepiness, fatigue ... Please suggest me some treatment....
