in my practice i only use sastrokta medicine.what all of you are doing.what do you find in practice patent medicine is more usefull or sastrokta.some patent medicines contains number of drugs.in 500mg pill they ad more then 20 drugs.how this small contity of drugs be usefull ?? give coments plz.which patented medicines all of you found effective.....
