TREATMENT FOR HYPOTENSION??

Patient 36/Female, is suffering from hypotension on & off. Her BP normally remains in the range of around 90/60 mm of Hg, which drops further quite frequently. General condition of the patient is good & has no other systemic disease & can do the daily routine work.Mostly in the afternoon she feels giddiness. Pls suggest medicine for Hypotension.....
