IBS

I am having one patient complaining frequent stools.. he can't leave his home even for 2-3 hours.. he is having this problem since 10-12 years. he lives in village and is purely vegetarian. One MBBS doctor diagnosed his disease as IBS. he has taken treatment from allopathy doctors but has not got any satisfactory result. he is unable to do any Job just because of his problem. and he is unmaaried too.. plz suggest me the treatment.....
