A 52yr old lady suffering from pain in all joints specifically at metatarsal joints, ankle joints with swelling from 3months.
bowel, appetite is good.
s. uric acid-8.5mg
chikungunya virus- positive
serum CRP concentration-12.5 mg/L
RA test-negitive
patient is on mediction with zyloric and etomax-er 400mg from 20 days
also on kokilaksh kashayam+ kaishore guggulu
Punarnavasav+mahamanjishtadi kadha+goksuradi guggulu from 20 days
until now there is no any effect
still she suffering pain with swelling
kindly request you people to throw light on this case.....
