but now a days, we see that very changes in climate. so how can we decide rutu?
should we go as per granthokta - bharatiya kaalmapan (i.e. chaitra-vaishakh -vasant rutu, ashwin-kartik - sharad rutu)
OR
we have to decide rutu as per surrounding climatic condition?
