GALL BLADDER SLUDGE

a 65 yrs male patient having sludge in gall bladder.. bilirubin = 15..
sgot/pt= 204/164
i already gave him hep merz, udiliv, silymarin, and liver tonic but not respond.. now bilirubin is 18..
what is accurate treatment??? ...
