one patient aging 23 male, is very lean and thin .weighing 47 kgs. pitta of his body is spread in shakha that means in periphery( burning sensation in palm sole and eye) .mandagni ,arochak, ghabrahat are his main comlaints along with this he veerya ksharan at night. i have started gandharva haritaki at night, shunthi churna before meal twice a day. i tsf goghrut pan in morning empty stomach, anything else please suggest....
