we all vaidya and vaidyaa treat patient every day in our clinic, which we recieve. some of the physicians listen patient and prescribe medicines. some keeps records of the prescribed/dispensed medicine. it takes hardly few minutes. i have seen that many vaidya/vaidyaa do not keep records of the treatment. perhaps they donot understand the value of the patient's records.
I am asking to you all;
1- whether for an ayurvedicians, patient case history is essential or not , before or while start of the treatment?.
2-whether patient case history should be in writting or in memory of ayurveda physician ?......
