CLAWED HAND

a patient 75 years male developed acute cervical pail and MRI revealed minor bulge at C5-6 and 6-7. After long treatment pain reduced but deformity started appearing in left hand with clawing, then diagnosed ulnar nerve palsy, further cmc diagnosed Muscular atrophy then nerve conduction tests revealed normal motor conduction. but in this two years proper curve of claw hand formed. patients B.P. is 170/90. sensory part is slightly impaired with small finger having more loss. blood bio chemistry is normal. usg is normal. what can be diagnosis and treatment......
