NAAION

Male aged 43yrs presented with c/o diminished vision in left eye initially associated with pain at neck and eyebrows since one year. At present he has similar complaint in right eye since 6 months. He is unable to visualize the central part of the object. Known case of Type II Diabetes Mellitus and is on Tab Debizide M-OD. No H/o Hypertension. He has been diagnosed to be suffering from NAAION (Non arteritic anterior ischemic Optic Neuropathy).
