ady aged 44 yrs presnts to me with complaint of intense headache which starts only 2 days before menses and remain as such during menses and subsides 2-3 days after menses.this problem from last 3-4 months.
Periods now reduce to 2 days this time.
blood pressure found to be high during these days-say around 150/90.rest days bp is normal.120/80
no other problem.
is this to be consider as pt near to menopause or to be evaluated for other causes of hypertension?
or suggest me what to do.
