i came accross this patient aged 28 yrs m. who had an accident when he was electrocuted with 11000 kw electric shock. he suffered severe L5 intervertebral disc prolapse. this got cured but he has residual effects of the same. urinary incontinence fecal incontinence with paraplegia of the lower limbs. the tonicity of the limbs is normal . sensation is minimal on pressure points movement is nill. otherwise able to talk and eat etc. kindly help suggesting a treatment ....
