male 24 yr,complain of stuck cough in throat, always try to clear it,no other symptoms,no h/o smoking,h/o tb in childhood, afb sputum is -ve ,i hv suggest him gargales from triphla, kafkuthar, tankan, yavkshar, laxmi vilas, khadiradi vti, but no reliefe, plz discs abt cause and suggest the treatment,.....
