Male,67 years,No history of Diabetes, HTN, suffering from mild pain in groins and feeling of heaviness in scrotum. On examination hernia was ruled out, epidedymis were palpable and hard in consistency.
Doppler scrotum findings as follows-
Mild left competent varicocels.
Multiple thin walled cysts with low level internal echoes in head of right epidedymis. (34X24mm, 25X25 mm, 8X8 mm, 11X10mm)
A small simple cyst in head of left epidedymis (3-8 mm).
No fever, no pain.
Please suggest appropriate treatment.
