CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS

 female patient aged 38 has a problem of cervical spondylosis.she is having headaches,vertigo.sever burning sensation in some parts of the arms and legs.she also have moderate pain in neck ,shoulders,arms and some parts of the face(cheeks) and numbness and mild weakness in both the arms.her appetite is good, bowels are regular,sleep is distrubed and she is having anxiety and depression.no histroy of D.M,H.T.recently she is operated on breast for fibroadinoma.
i wanted to prescribe her mild massage with prasarini tailam and fomentation,internally aswagandhadi lehyam,mahayogaraja guggulu and useerasavam.can i suggest her nasya ?if so what taila can i suggest?and do i have to change any of the medicines above.kindly suggest..
