An unmarried lady aged 23 yrs having amenorrhea since 5 months. She attained menarche at the age of 14 and had delayed menstrual cycles since menarche. For that she approached a gynecologist and the induced cycles by giving hormonal pills. During the age of 18 she lost 50% of weight loss because of mal nutrition. She continued with hormonal pills. Since 10months she is gaining and since 6 months she stopped medication, weight also. All reports and USG abdomen shows normal studies except HB 9gms. Her marriage is in July .What would be the cause and how we can treat her?....
