WHY RAW MILK FOR LEPAN

when we find home remedies for acne etc we usually read to make the paste with raw milk>???y it is so?any specific reason?raw milk contains more bacteria?is'nt it...then y to go for it?does it have different GUNA as per ayurved???plz reply ...
