female of age 35,came to me for the treatment of her obesity and hypertension..on investigating tsh=30.83,t3 &t4 in normal range,rest investigations are normal.she suffered from upper respiratory infection very soon,but this is not the problem now.also the important history she gave is of using exceesive water approx 25-30 glasses of water per day.her wt is 94 kg now.menses-normal,appetite-normal rest everything is fine..so please suggest effective treatment .. ..
