a male patient of age 26 yrs has compolaint of fine tremors in hands only during periods of excitement,angry..during fight with someone he suffers from full body tremors in head also..he therefore thinks himself as unable to do fight.during norma;l rotine he has no tremors..he is otherwise confident but looses it early during public speech etc..his thyroid functions are normal.bp normal,pulse 85-90/-he also suffers from abdominal upsets frequently suffered from gas trouble relieves by some hing prepration,sometimes constipation . ...
