a male patient age 26 yrs was suffering from fine tremors of hands from last 3-4 yrs.when he used to have fight with sum1 his full body starts trembling,palpitations,sweating due to fear that he has no back support...his thyroid functions are normal,thin built,no history of weight loss,no any other diisease..vitals are normal BP=120/90,pulse=above 85 always according to him..he belongs to agood,noble family..he also suffered from excessive gas formation in abdomen occasionaly which is releived by some hing prepration..plz advice appropriate treatment.. ...
