i want to discuss a case if any one had treated same case before or want to add your opinion please share.
this is about a healthy 54 years male.he used to have urticaria type of rashes after consuming fermented food and it went off with some antiallergics. but around 2 years back he again developed same all over the body in USA. this time it doesnt responded to usual med after coming back to india he was put on steroids. so in nut shell this person had all allergy tests stopped all kind of foods applied various applications. along with other antiallergic problems he is on betnesol earlier it was predinisolone some one cahnged it to betnesol. since last 2 years he had shown to almost every pathy and dermatologist.he is apparently without any disease all pathological reports are fine except grade 1 fatty liver.
no history of substance abuse or addiction.
i started aam pachna with strict diet control but am not comfortable in stopping his steroids and till we dont tapper it off we cant go further. .....
