TLC (thin layer chromatography)is one of the parameter to standardize the drug of plant products. There is extraction of methnol or ethnol or p.ether etc are require. But in case of “giloy satwa” what we have to do. Whether Extraction is require or directly (only with water) we can use to find the TLC.....
