A female pt of age 28 yrs, her menstrual cycle is regular, but right from her menarche she has spotting that is appearance of patches of secretion of colour varying to saffron, green and then red usually 2 days before menses, after that she has bleeding for 3-4 days and then for clearing also it takes 2 days, she has severe back pain all over through the spinal column upto the level of L1. this makes her restless for nerly 8-10 days. .......
