Premenopausal symptoms or syndrome is the burning problem for gynecologists as there is no remedy in allopathy and patients look towards Ayurveda.
There is one more problem- ladies in the urban areas knows something about menopause and understand these problems but ladies in rural and sub urban areas are not aware about this natural process, they came to us with complaints as mentions below-
