What is the role of coconut water in ayurveda? (Remember I’m talking only about coconut water)? Was it mentioned in our ayurvedic classics....? I mean its rasa guna veerya and vipaaka? Can it be used as anupaana for any our preparations? Or can it be used in any skin disease?
What is the role of coconut water in the management of atisaar,grahani or any other gastro intestinal disorders? ...it is also used as a saline (drip) in some countries where saline water is not available. Oral coconut water is sufficient in moderate to severe dehydration? Because it contains many electrolytes including potassium. ......
